What Data We Collect

  • Account Information: Email address and encrypted password digest.
  • Business Data: Your uploaded original images, restored images, restoration parameters, and processing status.
  • Operational Logs: API access frequency, error events, and audit logs (excluding passwords and original image content).

Purpose of Data Use

  • Complete old photo restoration and history review functions.
  • Ensure stable service operation (rate limiting, abuse prevention, troubleshooting).
  • Continuously improve system quality and security.

Data Retention & Deletion

  • Restoration history retains only the last 12 records by default. Older records are automatically removed.
  • You can delete individual records or clear all history in the studio. The system will delete corresponding image resources.
  • Audit logs are retained for 30 days by default (configurable by admin).

Your Control Rights

  • You can stop using the service and clear history data at any time.
  • For account deletion or data export, please contact the operator.
